2020 Annual Report

The pandemic from COVID 19 in 2020, shocked the world unexpectedly and we all suffered in some kinda of way, from loss of job, death of family members, major businesses closing, major sports activities ceasing, schools closing and more. Life as we once knew was disheartening and the outcome was unknown.

Facing the unknown, fueled positive conversations and activities amongst various groups of people, companies and communities. The outpour of togetherness and unification for our communities was supported by the insurance industry with humanitarian support by providing financial relief in premium give back, donations to community groups and provide an informational insurance resource network, supported by Community Insurance Information

Center.

CIIC is an advocate and a partner with the community regarding insurance products and insurance needs. CIIC will continue to support and educate the community about the importance of insurance and the financial impact it can cause without having it.

As we embrace 2021 and the challenges it may bring, our communities will rise to the challenge and CIIC will be there supporting the rise because…”communities matters, life matters, and you matters too CIIC.”

Consumer HelpLine - The CIIC operates a confidential Consumer HelpLine for anyone with an auto or property insurance question or problem. General insurance information can be found on our website, or consumers may submit questions via email.

Proactive Education Outreach - The CIIC's mission to educate consumers extends beyond the Consumer HelpLine and our website. The CIIC supports many nonprofit organizations and local elected officials in Milwaukee, working with them as partners to bring insurance and financial education into community meeting places, classroom and homebuyer fair & seminars.
